TOS

I only use PayPal and take payment in USD. All payment must be given upfront as I will not begin drawing until I have received payment. Refunds can be given during the thumbnailing and sketching stages. I will not give refunds if I am past those stages.

The commission is for personal use only. As the commissioner, you may use the commissioned piece as icons, wallpapers, themes, banners, etc. as long as I am credited. If you’re planning to use the piece commercially/for profit, please tell me this before I begin working and we can discuss from there. Do not claim that you created the piece. Do not use the piece as an NFT. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio and potentially on my social media, unless requested otherwise.

I can reject a commission proposal for any reason without question.

PROCESS

Generally, a commissioned piece will be complete within 1-2 weeks, with a month being the maximum depending on complexity. If an issue occurs and progress might be delayed, I will let you know as soon as possible. I am also more than willing to send extra works in progress if you’d like them!

1. I will send a few rough thumbnails to get an idea of composition, posing, and emotion. You may choose the one you like best to be finished; you can also request changes to the thumbnails or ask for a new batch of thumbnails.

2. Once a thumbnail has been decided on, I’ll send a refined sketch. Large changes can still be made.

3. For most pieces I will have a preliminary version in grayscale to figure out value and rough shadow placement (though it may vary a bit from the finished piece). Simple pieces like headshots may not have this, however.

4. The finished illustration will be sent. I can still do small adjustments at this stage, but large changes need to be kept to the sketching stage.
